Guys, it’s been nearly 5 years since I have really put myself first. I mean, I do the best that I can for my kids – buying them organic foods when I can, buying them the best products for their skin, buying them clothes that are far cooler than my own…but the truth is, I recently said to myself ‘If I wouldn’t use it on my kids, why would I use it on myself?’ – can anyone relate to this?

That said, I am super excited to share that Pantene has launched a new Sulfate Free Rose Water collection (shampoo and conditioner) which is sulfate-free, paraben-free, dye-free and mineral oil free! Hello – I am here for this!

The biggest concern some people have about sulfates is the cleansing factor – as sulfates are really good at getting rid of build-up. But I am happy to report that my hair feels just as clean, I experienced no difference in the lather during shampooing (it was super rich) and I was able to get 2 days out of my hair. I normally wash every day!). So there’s that! AND, the Rose Water collection is also nutrient, antioxidant and vitamin rich, helping to keep hair moisturized.

Of all the things we worry about in a day, it feels really good not to have to worry about what’s in my shampoo and conditioner. Aside from its moisturizing benefits, Pantene Rose Water smells amazing and the packaging is so pretty, I actually have it displayed in our washroom!
If you try it, please let me know what you think!
