One thing many of you would never know about me, is that I actually love pumping gas (in the summer months that is! Lol). I’m not going to lie – my hubby usually does it for me in the winter months.
How many of you pay before you pump? I always do, I will literally move to another pump if the one I roll up to is out of order. It’s way more convenient, it’s faster and I don’t have to take my kids out of the car (in this case, I did because we were shooting, and well they are the stars of my photos:))
What I never thought of was the safety factor until I chatted with Husky: Across Canada, too many lives have been lost in violent incidents involving gas theft. I know I’ve seen these incidents on tv or heard of them on the radio but it is real and it is always possible. Husky is taking a stance against violence and asking customers to pay before they fuel, making their stations safer for everyone, customers and employees alike. Through mandatory prepay, not only is paying before you pump more convenient, it’s also safer for everyone. And as a mom, that’s my number one priority.
